Dynamic Nutrition Goals & TDEE

would be perfect to have a more complete and well-rounded nutrition section, where weight-gaining or weight-losing plans are calculated and tracked based on weight data from Apple health and science.
Weight goals should be adjusted automatically based on the pace of weight gain/loss and changes of body composition.
MacroFactor does a pretty great job at this and is very user friendly

Misleading ads net energy etc.

I want to see my energy balance in a simplified way: calories I've eaten minus calories that I've burned, so I can see directly whether I'm in deficit or surplus. It is important to me that activity calories are not taken into account when calculating the calories burned.

Real time net calorie deficit/ surplus

T T
Currently bevel has net calorie consumed vs preset calorie goal.
Request for net calorie consumed vs calorie burned, to see real time/ current day calorie surplus or deficit. It helps with weight management. Thanks

Net Energy Breakdown

Data is displayed to show how much energy is created /lost based on the activity done. Maybe set a goal so that you can hit your caloric intake goal for when “bulking” or calorific deficit to trim down. Data is already being captured to calculate it, just need to display it

Custom daily macros

Andrew Watson
There should be a way to have the AI automatically calculate your macros each day based on your physical activity. And this could even be a moving target, it might sit at a baseline based off of what you did the day prior and how your recovery was, and then increase as you do workouts or become more active during the day. There's no reason we should be consuming the same macros on training days a non-training days. And not all training days are the same, this would be an easy thing for the AI to calculate every single day

Hi Javier Sanchez Urquidi Alex Garcia You can create calorie goals. Navigate to the Nutrition Section-->Goals-->Setting Icon (top-right corner). If this doesn’t quite address your feedback, please share a bit more detail about what you’re looking for, and I’ll be happy to help!

Opt-In AI Features Per Card and Net Energy
Ved V
Although I like the AI features, I think they work best when used to comment on overall trends and aggregations or when specifically triggered by the user. A critique of a single meal ingredient like light mayonnaise isn’t very helpful and comes off as intrusive. I would suggest having a way to disable or at least opt-in (so it doesn’t automatically pop up) AI features within specific cards. If this exists and I just can’t find it in settings, please let me know.
Also, I think net energy uses the static TDEE estimate as calorie burn and doesn’t consider the day’s active energy? Presenting net energy numbers in this way comes off as misleading. I would simply set this to calories eaten SO FAR subtract estimate of calories burned SO FAR.
Finally, I think nutrition scores should be on the meal - not on individual ingredients. No need to make users ‘feel bad’ for eating some bread if it’s parter of a larger, healthy meal.
