Addition of cardio functions and display of pulse rate zones to the Bevel Watch app
J
Jan Wohlers
I would love to use the Bevel-Watch app for cardio training as well. This would require the addition of several functions:
- Display of pulse rate zones
- significantly more flexible creation of training plans, e.g. integration of breaks, different training intensities, e.g. target frequency, etc.
- Integration of e.g. HIIT training or Norwegian 4x4 on different devices.
At the moment, Bevel on the watch is actually only used for strength training.
Best regards

Starting and tracking runs through the Bevel App
M
Mike M
It would be amazing if we could start and track runs directly on the Bevel app, similar to the strength section in the fitness tab.
I feel like it is the only thing that is lacking in Bevel. It tracks other health and fitness so well and adding the capability to start and track runs directly within the app would cut down the number of fitness apps I use. Personally I would much prefer the option to use Bevel as an All-in-one fitness app.
The following are items that would be great to track:
* Distance
* Time
* Pace
* Heart rate and HR recovery
* GPS route
* Elevation
* Cadence
* Calories burned
* Training load/recovery
* Personal records (PRs)
* Weekly mileage
* Shoe mileage
* Bevel Pro generated running plans? 👀
Some of these are already tracked when runs are imported from other running apps, so some of these are redundant.
Thanks for listening, devs!

voice guided BI running exercises
Lucifer Morningstar
Having BI give insights and guidance during running exercises depending on your own goals, such as helping to stay within the correct zones. If possible, being able to speak to it as you're running to tell it about any pains or other things you are feeling throughout the run, to get proper guidance on what to do in certain situations for example.

When you do a training plan for running like ( 5k half marathon marathon) sync them into Apple Watch workouts so you don’t have extra work adding them in manually

Record live workout

It would be great if you did various workouts such as running outdoors, running indoors, cycling, etc. Live via the Bevel app, either on the iPhone or the AW. You could record for that. For this purpose, GPS would then be used like z.B on Strava to be able to measure distance, pace, etc. It would be really handy because at the moment you always have to make the detour via other apps or Apple Fitness. Ps. If indoor running is added, please make the route adjustable at the end of the workout and not as with Apple Fitness, where sometimes several kilometers are displayed incorrectly.

Cardio workout

Create a cardio workout tracker/planner. Visually, it could be similar to the Bevel Strength on Apple Watch, but designed for tracking cardio training. The app should be able to receive data from external sensors (Polar H10, Stryd, etc.) and process it with the highest possible accuracy.
It would also be great if users could set zone locks for power, heart rate, and pace, and train according to user defined workouts. Displaying a power meter or HR meter would be awesome too for staying in zones.
Right now, for cardio, only useable app is WorkOutDoors because of external sensor support, or native Apple Workout because of the UI. Ideally, this would be something in between, with a bit of the Stryd Apple Watch app mixed in.
In any case, Bevel is really missing proper cardio workout support.
