I'd love this feature for walking and hiking, with audible alerts for pace, zone, time and heart rate at customizable times even for short 10 minute walks.

Add Rucking to your workouts. Theres a huge rucking community . We hike, walk, run with weighted backpacks . Much more intense than walking or hiking alone and will effect our vo2 and cardio load

To clarify my message below: I don't really need a track function when it comes to cardio because I'm recording it via other apps or devices.. for me, it's really about an automatic export function to my apple watch (workout), for workouts that the AI client can make in command.

Within the AI function, Bevel provides excellent personalized
cardio training recommendations (such as bike interval training or running training) based on recovery and stress data. Currently, they need to be manually transferred to the Apple Workout app.
I suggest adding a “Push to Watch” feature for cardio sessions, similar to strength sessions. That is to say the training proposed by Bevel intelligence. This enables real-time guidance on heart rate zones and intervals directly from Bevel, without manual intermediate steps.”

Automatically tracked cardio should be counted from cardio exercises. Also should have cardio category for exercises (eg treadmill run or custom exercise).

When another activity type - specifically treadmill - is part of a HIIT workout, please allow details on speed (and incline?) to be entered as part of the activity.
Similarly, for rowing, adding distance would be helpful.

It would be cool if you could track other sports just like weight training. For example swimming or running. If you can get a plan for a specific goal by generating the template, that wouldn't be bad. For example, I would like to prepare myself for a 2.4 km race that I would like to run in less than 10 minutes. I would like to make intervals for this. If the app could do running training for me, that would be another plus point.
