hello! i believe data is sampled at 5:30 am and i am going to started waking up at 5. can we change what time the data is taken?

Iman Malik, can you clarify what you mean by the "data is sampled at 5:30 am"?

By default, Bevel will average all HR and HRV samples during your sleep for RHR and HRV calculations. Are you using a different setting or using another device other than your Apple Watch to measure HR?

I'm curious about this request because I've never known when this actually happens. I believe this suggestion can be a big improvement for folks like the requestor and myself who get up in the wee hours of the morning.
