Circadian Rhythm
planned (tbd)

It would be awesome in the future if we could see like an energy schedule inside the sleep tab.
Something like this from Rise Sleep App
Additionally to get notifications when i have a energy dip or increase and optional notifications like "don’t take any caffeine to you" or "avoid blue lights" like the photos shown.

There’s an app called “Peaks” that graphs your energy forecast each day (and it integrates with Calendar so you can see “Peak” and “Dip” times as events with the duration. It suggests different times when you should work out, nap, eat, focus, wind down, sleep, etc. and plots them all on the visual graph as well as on a list timeline. It also provides an in depth sleep analysis. The app feels pretty accurate.
If Bevel could incorporate something like this into the app—especially since Bevel tracks more metrics like the fluctuating the Energy Score and even Food Intake (which I’m assuming is already analyzed to determine if my Energy Score should get a +points boost based on what I consumed). It just makes sense to add an Energy Level forecast to the Energy Score!
I’ve attached a screen shot of the main screen in “Peaks “ and here’s a link to a 40 sec screen recording showing more detail: https://share.icloud.com/photos/0d4ivgkoGpLMZPNKGLFkZNXJg. Here is a link to the App itself: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/peaks-sleep-energy/id6446705377.

Circadianer Rhythmus & "Best Time to Train"

Whoop tells you how much sleep you should get. A useful extension for Bevel would be to tell you when you should do something.
The feature: Based on your chronotype (Are you an owl or lark?) and your HRV curve over the day, Bevel calculates the optimal window for peak performance.
Example: “Your body is at its best today between 16:00 and 18:00. Put your weight training there.”

Something similar to Rise yeah or even better. And why not a direct Sleep debt metric would be awesome !

Hello,
The circadian rhythm that is truly personalized for each type of person.
Oura does it if I'm not mistaken and who is not fixed.
Ultrahuman, I don't know.
But in any case in a circle it's better than Rise. Much more readable and allows global visibility over the day.
Same for the caffeine window. In the end, it is a very important feature.

Second Rise, their energy dips and highs have been on-point for me!

Another vote for rise and more specifically, energy prediction in the energy graph

Yes! I really like what Ultrahuman ring did with their app and caffeine window with a half-life graph based on caffeine tracking throughout the day. This would be a really cool addition! Grey

There is this app called rise that mainly analyses your energy cycle throughout the day from past entries of hrv, hr etc. and i think it’s a very powerful feature to plan the day according to you energy cycles. For example I always have an insane energy low in the afternoon which is perfect for naps.

A home page block that displays each days Circadian rythm, and suggests workout and sleep times based on that. The RISE Sleep and the Peaks app does this. Cheers!
