Claude connector / MCP

Even the MCP would not be necessary, sending the daily reports with the data to the email would be enough to avoid having to copy the data and pass it on to the agent.

I’m using Claude as a structured training coach inside a 12-week strength macrocycle. Every session requires a pre-workout assessment using HRV, RHR, sleep score, and readiness, data that Bevel already aggregates from my Garmin and Oura. Right now I screenshot that data manually and paste it into Claude every single day.
A Bevel MCP server would eliminate that entirely. Claude would pull last night’s HRV, RHR, sleep stages, and readiness score directly at session start, no screenshots, no copy-paste, no friction.
The specific workflow this unlocks:
Pre-workout: Claude queries Bevel for last 24–48 hours of recovery data and auto-generates a readiness assessment before I touch a weight.
Post-workout: Claude correlates training output against recovery data to identify fatigue patterns across the week and block.
Longitudinal: Weekly and block-level trend analysis across sleep, HRV, and training load without me manually assembling the data.
Bevel is already the aggregation layer for my Garmin and Oura data. The MCP server doesn’t need to build anything new, it just needs to expose what’s already there. One token, one connection, and this system runs autonomously.
This is exactly the use case MCP was built for. Bevel is one step away from being the health data backbone of an AI coaching system that actually works on mobile. Please ship it.

MCP server to connect Bevel data with Claude and other AI assistants
Jacob
Would love to see Bevel ship an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server so users can securely connect their Bevel data to AI assistants like Claude.
MCP is Anthropic's open standard for exposing app data to AI tools, and it's quickly becoming the default integration layer. Once available, users could enable the Bevel connector in Claude and immediately start having natural conversations with their own data.
Some things this would unlock:
- A personal AI health coach that reviews readiness, HRV, sleep quality and recent training load, and suggests what to do today
- Custom weekly or monthly reviews that connect the dots across sleep, recovery and biological age trends
- Q&A on your own data ("why has my RHR drifted up the last 10 days?")
- User-built workflows in Claude Projects or Claude Cowork for things like morning briefings and long-term trend tracking
This would make Bevel the obvious choice for anyone who wants their health data to play well with the broader AI ecosystem, and it sits really nicely on top of the quality data Bevel already collects.

More hardcore stats and base data + support for custom llm endpoint

For the moment I use Healthfit app to get more hardcore stats. I would like to see more of those in Bevel too. Now I need to flip around multiple apps to get all info. I'm feeding Claude with all info. I'm getting more value out of my manual Ai llm integration.

I use Claude to plan my workouts a week ahead and then I have made a app for myself which acts as a player/companion during my workout which shows me the session created using that plan and lets me log every set.
I just found Bevel and I think I want to let Claude plan my workouts and then I want it to create a Bevel Workout template on my behalf, would work really great

This would be great to automate more meal planning / workouts!

Planning to share nutrition and workout summaries with Nutritionist. Having the ability to generate these via Claude would be of great help, as I can merge the results with additional information (such as pathology results) before sending a report over.

I'm using Claude to plan my workouts. Having a Bevel MCP connection would allow my workout planner to coordinate with Bevel and be a huge help for planning workouts with feedback from Bevel.
