Add Model Context Protocol (MCP) support and a command line interface (CLI) to allow AI agents and developers to automate Bevel workflows, integrate it with other tools, and pilot projects programmatically.

I am also using Claude as my second brain and AI agent team to manage my life and business. MCP would be really helpful!

AI Agent & MCP (Model Context Protocol) Support

I'd love Bevel to expose an MCP server so users can query their health data through AI agents conversationally.
Use cases:
- Ask things like "How did my sleep trend this month?" or "What's driving my low recovery scores?" and get answers grounded in your actual Bevel data
- Pull Bevel data into AI workflows alongside other tools (calendar, notes, etc.) for holistic planning
Why MCP:
MCP is the emerging standard for connecting AI agents to data sources. One lightweight server would make Bevel instantly compatible with Claude, ChatGPT, Dia, Cursor, and the rest of the growing ecosystem — no need to build a standalone chatbot UI.
This would set Bevel apart from other health apps that are still just dashboards. Let users
talk to

Custom Integrations

Would be nice if we could add custom integrations that would allow our agent to automatically view data from these custom sources, similar to an MCP server. This would allow other services or capable users to write their own integrations rather than requiring the Bevel devs to find time for it (I’m sure the backlog is very large and a see a huge amount of integration requests right now). I’m sure there are other capable users like myself that enjoy the product quite a bit and would enjoy improving it and its adoption as a community.

Even the MCP would not be necessary, sending the daily reports with the data to the email would be enough to avoid having to copy the data and pass it on to the agent.
