AI Coach
in progress

If be great if the coaching on the main Paige was more advanced than just talking about strain. Shouldn’t this be where you get a personalized message based on all your metrics from I.e previous day for the day ahead, example could be you had a really stressful day yesterday, or you had a harder or longer workout than yesterday, this would obviously have to go hand in hand with your recovery score, and also i.e. and additional message later in the day to tell you how you doin, example despite your stressful day yesterday, today you managed to keep your battery high keep pushing.

Love that the the meals get a nutritional score but other than seeing the factors that influence it I can’t see exactly why or how to improve in this? Would be nice to have some kind of coaching on how to improve the meals with lower scores

Please add in an AI workout coach and planner (like FitBod app) that suggests today’s workout based on equipment you have, time, stress and muscle group recovery.

AI-Powered Daily & Weekly Coaching Insights
Sameer Rezaie
Hi Bevel team,
I’d like to suggest a feature that could significantly enhance Bevel’s value for performance-driven users: an AI-powered coaching system that delivers both daily and weekly insights — almost like having a smart coach built into the app.
🔁 1. Smart Weekly Coaching Summary
An automatic end-of-week analysis that includes:
• Calorie averages (with surplus/deficit vs target)
• Weight trends
• Activity data (steps, training, cardio)
• Optional: sleep, recovery, glucose, or biometrics if integrated
What makes this next level is the coaching-style feedback. For example:
“You averaged 2,500 kcal/day, but weight remained stable.
You can either:
• Hold steady another week to confirm the trend
• Reduce intake by 100–150 kcal/day to initiate fat loss.”
This brings contextual, decision-supporting feedback that users can immediately act on — bridging the gap between raw data and real coaching.
📅 2. Daily Insight Feature (User-Scheduled Check-Ins)
Let users set a time (e.g. 9 PM) to receive a short daily summary:
• Calories: “You came in 110 kcal below target.”
• Weight: “Down 0.2 kg from yesterday. Possibly water loss.”
• Activity: “You hit 10.2K steps — nice job staying consistent.”
• Training: “Logged a workout today. Prioritise sleep for recovery.”
This gives users an at-a-glance snapshot of how they’re tracking in real time, helping build self-awareness and consistency without needing a manual review or coach.
Together, these two features could form the foundation of a smart adaptive coaching layer within Bevel, making the app more than just a tracker — it becomes a feedback engine.
Thanks for considering this

Love the idea. I'm usually rotating between. Conventional strength training, Crossfit style training, Tennis and cycling. Having an AI coach helping me doing this in a healthy way without overdoing it in any category would be nice

Dynamic messages

I admit to being in love with the narrative. I've had the pro version of the app for a month and a bit and the message I receive every morning is... repetitive. It's true that I sleep badly. And that I have to relax before every night. Maybe it would be a good idea if, as we accumulate messages, superset could introduce variations in its messages, advice or even tell us something like "another bad night? You've had three in a row. Maybe you should exercise or have a beer with a friend to unwind" ... or similar 😆. I'm sure you'll get the idea.
Pd. Spanish as a secondary language would be very appreciated

Coaching text should explain why a value is low
Quinn Comendant
My Recovery was “poor” yesterday, and yet the statistic that the Coaching text raised was contradictory: “Your Resting HR (58.7 bpm) is lower than its average of 59.0 bpm.” A lower resting HR should indicate higher restfulness. Besides the issue with why the Recovery is calculated as poor in the first place (covered in this bug report), the Coaching text
should include the statistic that most contributes to the given score.
When my Recovery is low, the Coaching text should explain why and provide a statistic that would actually contribute to a low score, for example, “Your Resting HR (67 bpm) is much higher than its average of 59 bpm.”Having accurate Coaching text would be useful for a few reasons:
- It teaches the user to understand what physiological processes correspond to Recovery scores.
- Which, in turn, helps the user make informed interpretation of the data to decide if the recovery score reflects reality or not. (E.g., if the user forgot to take their HR medication the day before causing the high HR, and they can decide to ignore the Recovery score because they know the reason is not reflective of their training load.)
- And finally, it might help us identify the reason the app miscalculates Recovery scores.

Upcoming sleep recommendations on Home Screen

It would be great to have, maybe within the coaching section, some text about the upcoming sleep. Maybe 3-4 hours before target sleep time.
Something like "Your target sleep time today is 22:43. We're recommend you start winding down at 22:14". Or something to that effect.
Thank you!

When you add a more advanced Coach, it would be great if it could combine cardio load, strain, recovery, and sleep to give better guidance. For example, if I had poor recovery, my strain target might be low, but my cardio load suggests I should train to maintain fitness. Or if I recovered well but I had a long run yesterday, my cardio load might be close to overtraining. It could suggest then that I should do a strength training and don't go running again because that would lead to overtraining.

Smart Assistant gives me daily suggestions about workout (one-sentence)
Stan Shek
Is it possible to add an Assistant on the home page that can provide a one-sentence recommendation based on information from Health Monitor, Timeline, Stress & Energy, to let me know whether I'm fit for exercise today, am I OK today, or what intensity level is suitable? This would greatly enhance the personalized experience and help users make more informed decisions about their daily workouts.
