The ability to add friends and sharing stats is a feature available in most major fitness apps like Google/Apple Health, Garmin etc. the ability to choose the shared stats would be great too!

Add social features to Bevel.
1. Friend system - Search and add friends by username/phone, similar to other health apps
2. Leaderboard - Optional, privacy-controlled leaderboard comparing your stats (Recovery, Sleep, Strain, Biological Age, etc.) with friends
Users should be able to customize which metrics appear, set leaderboards to private/public, and filter by time period. Full opt-in control for privacy.
This would make Bevel more engaging and motivating through accountability and friendly competition. Most popular fitness apps have this. It’s key for retention.
