Custom Goals
planned (tbd)
Zachary Eklov
It would be cool to have a feature that allowed me to create custom goals based on the available metrics within the app.
For example, I might set a goal of getting 30mins of zone 3 HR or above training 5x per week?
Another example might be wanting to increase my deep or REM sleep to a certain percentage.
Or I might have a cool to do cardio (or a specific workout type) X times per week.

Macro tracker in Food Journal

Maybe it is possible to be able to track an abmount x for protein, carbs and fat. For example if I can not found a certain food I could track the macros and get my cal from this calculation.

Training Goal
RJ
This may exist and I just can’t find it but being able to set your current training goal would make the suggested strain target and “cardio load” data less generic. For example if I’m training for a race there should be a way to set a target to reach “peaking”, a deload period before the race and recovery. Or if my goal is maintaining that should affect my strain targets etc

More Goals: Weight, Waist, Biceps, Running Pace, et

The current goals are only water and sleep. Would be great to add more measurements and goal tracking for metrics such as weight, waist, biceps, running pace, and VO₂ max. Include trend analysis and predictions on when a goal is realistically achievable, along with suggested rates of change and personalized recommendations.

Set weekly goals for yourself across sleep, strain, activities, and behaviors similar to whoop weekly plan. (https://www.whoop.com/au/en/thelocker/set-and-reach-your-goals-with-weekly-plan). This will help us to follow a dedicated weekly fitness routine.

Expanded weekly goals

It would be great if there was the opportunity to set more goals on a weekly basis. For example:
-Number of weekly training sessions (e.g. divided into cardio and strength)
-weekly training goal in the individual heart rate zones to increase fitness
-daily step goal
etcetera
Ideally combined with AI-supported coaching with training recommendations and reminders

Daily book reading goal / Headway summary goal tracking

It would be wonderful if the app for the mental health and fitness / resilience beneift tracks whether the book reading goals and Headway summaries have been achieved.

Now with Bevel 2.0 it would be nice to be able to „set a goal“ based on a caloric deficit or surplus to change the bodycomposition (bc).
In the Biology Tab the bc already gets tracked and now with Bevel 2.0 we got the Nutrion Feature - with goal setting for bc changes Apps like MyFitnessPal would not be needed anymore to suggest a certain amount of calories for a specific goal.

For example, it would be good if you could set a goal such as “accept” and receive suggestions on how to adjust your diet or training.
Specific suggestions to improve sleep/recovery, for example, would also be good.

Weight Goals and Nutrition score explained
Dalton Waggoner
Being able to put in your target weight and say how much I want to lose or gain in the week and be able to see the amount of calories I need to eat. Also with the nutrition a better understanding of the grade of the food like why it is good or bad.
