Detailed Muscle Group Analytics in Activity Tab
planned (soon)

In the "Activity" tab, we currently see a graph showing broad muscle groups (arms, chest, back, etc.). I'd like the level of detail to match what's shown on a specific workout page (with subgroups like triceps, forearms, etc.).
My goal is to view this precise data as total volume and total repetitions... grouped by period (month, year). This would allow me to track my muscle-by-muscle progression over the long term.
For example, I'd like to know if April was more intense than March for specific muscles. The overall purpose is to rebalance my workout programs, avoid neglecting certain muscles, and ensure a harmonious distribution of training volume across different muscle groups.

Add specific muscles, not only muscle groups

Please give the opportunity to select more specific muscles, not only body parts. Some options are chosen specific, some are just body parts.
Also tibialis anterior or feet muscles are missing completely.

Weekly Muscle Group Sets Progress

There’s an app called ‘Push’ and they have this cool feature that analyses activity by muscle group per week and outlines whether that muscle group is in Maintaining/Growth Zone/Focus Zone.
Would be cool to see something similar to ensure that weekly programmes are hitting the right levels per muscle group.
Looks like this feature is available in the programme planning stage.

Muscle Map + Body Composition Map for Strength Builder
v

Strava just launched Muscle Maps, Garmin has primary vs secondary muscle views, Hevy shows weekly body distribution. They're all good. But none of them have what Bevel has.
For strength: a muscle map colored by volume, Bevel already shows this in the volume bars, just put it on a body.
For body composition: Withings has a beautiful heat map showing fat vs lean mass distribution. Bevel already tracks weight, body fat, and lean body mass in the Biology tab. The data is literally already there.
The piece none of them have? Recovery context. Bevel could show what's fatigued vs ready to train again. That's uniquely Bevel.

It would be super good if you subdivided the muscle groups even further so that the shoulder, for example, consists of three parts, but that the tibial part is also included. I think the StrengthLog app did a really good job here.

Remove minor secondary muscles from total volume chart

The total volume chart is slightly misleading as it often states the arm volume as significantly higher than the chest simply because the arms are involved in all chest exercises as well as back and other compound movements even though the arms are only contributing very minorly to those movements

Thanks for the suggestion vincentb, we can add this to the roadmap!
