I love seeing the macro breakdown in nutrition but it’s not super clear to me what things I ate contributing to each of them without going through each food input and add them up. Would be great if we could click into the “carbs” for example and it would list everything we ate that had carbs and their amount.

More and more studies show how important fiber is for gastrointestinal health and longevity in general.
I think it is essential that this important nutrient is tracked in addition to carbohydrates, proteins and fat.

Hey guys,
First of all, thank you for building such a great app!
I haven’t found any existing requests regarding more detailed nutrient tracking. Nowadays, more and more research emphasizes the importance of micronutrients for overall health.
I’m thinking of fiber, vitamins, and minerals, but I haven’t found an efficient way to track them in the foods I log. The current view seems limited to four nutrients.
Are there any plans to expand this feature and include more detailed micronutrient tracking in the future?

You know the food quality indicator on the meal icons? I’d rather see protein gr there or calories instead. So I can quickly see at a quick glance how much protein or calories each item is contributing. Maybe you can make that bubble customisable? The food quality metric on individual food items is less valuable for me as a user.

Would be great to be able to track fibre, sugar, sodium, potassium, and cholesterol at a glance, like a counter that can be added to the overview screen. Maybe even include veggie and fruit portion count. The. I can completely abandon my calorie app.

Can we please have more advanced food breakdown for saturated fats etc, fiber
It’s not ideal the fact we can only see fat, I wish we could see the healthily and unhealthy fat and other things which are all exported into apple health but not showing on bevel.

Display saturated fats and other nutrients with limits.

I’ve been told to monitor saturated fats and cholesterol. It would be great to set limits and have them available on dashboard and iOS widgets.
