Drill in on macros & micros

I love seeing the macro breakdown in nutrition but it’s not super clear to me what things I ate contributing to each of them without going through each food input and add them up. Would be great if we could click into the “carbs” for example and it would list everything we ate that had carbs and their amount.

Reduce clicks to see foods that contributed to my Macro goal.

Right now, if I want to see what food contributed to my macro amount, I need to click beyond what seems expected.
On the main Nutrition page, I can click on either fat/carbs/protein under the “Goals” section. It then brings up the bar graphs to show your intake to target etc for that macro. However when you scroll down, I feel it should also then display the foods that added to that macro. Right now it shows you “Macronutrient Goals” which feels redundant and “target nutrients” that do not vary to the macro.
I then have to click the same Macro again on the screen and it displays the foods that contributed to it (which is great!). Can we not just instantly display these foods on the prior “Nutrient Goals” sheet?
I’m think the main “calories” tab there could show the general “Macronutrient Goals” and “Target/Limit Nutrients” sections.

List of foods under macros

The macro cards are helpful, but I want to know what attributed to the amount of protein, fat, or carbs of my day during the day. For example, if I see that my carb content is high today, I want to be able to click in that card and see which foods I ate today contributed to that the most.

More focus on fibre/other nutrients

Would love to have a widget on fibre goal v intake, or for this to be included in the macro widget (or if you could personalise this to micronutrients that would be great)

Fiber entry needed
Karl Badde
Only went to the nutrition area to evaluate bevel as an alternative to what I currently use and Fibers are missing. I really don’t care that much about fat as I care about fiber and I expect most users of bevel to switch that way in the future

Potassium issue
Tomek Gniewko Bielak
When I click on potassium in Apple health I can see what’s recorded but I only record with bevel… yet on bevel I can’t find it. Is it accurate? And what’s going on

Hi Tomek Gniewko Bielak We’re currently working on the improvement for it! Let me merge your ticket with an existing one.
This will be part of the major release coming this September.

Bevel correctly tracks and logs magnesium from food and mineral water in Apple Health, but doesn’t show it in nutrition facts

Nutrition to include vitamins and fiber intake
Kat Alalawi
I can see the app calculates vitamins in journal tab, and it has fiber information in food details. Would be great if UI tracks these with more ease; shows the recommended amount of vitamins/fiber per day and the intake, to help manage the diet better and know which supplements or foods to go for.
