Enable Holistic Personalization Across Metrics (Integrate Nutrition, Demographics, and Habits)

Personalization should account for factors like age, weight, nutrition intake, sleep, and long-term activity patterns. Integrating these variables into Cardio Load and Recovery calculations would create more accurate, individualized feedback rather than one-size-fits-all recommendations.

Hi Himanshu Bishwash, we do account for demographics across many of our metrics, starting with Sleep and all of your baselines, which in turn guide Recovery & Strain. Nutrition less so, as that is highly variable.

Amanda Thanks for the response Amanda. Let me be a little more specific to the Cardio Load metric. I want to point out the fact that since I am new user and the data points are less than 6 weeks, around two weeks, my Cardio Load keeps shooting up to Overtraining. It would help
if there was an indication of confidence, especially during initial days as baselines take time to stabilise. Also, based on the feedback by the AI coach, it seems the Cardio Load formula accounts for Heart Rate and Training Time only. It would help
to include metabolism indicators like age, weight, nutrition etc. along with Sleep, and general habits before calculating the Cardio Load so that the initial numbers are accurate. I entered into a negative feedback loop pf resting for 2 weeks based on the App recommendations, which were to rest strictly, only to realise that the slightest of my activities are causing a shoot in Cardio Load. The app very certain and thus, all the notifications and calculations were kind of biased. Thanks for the consideration.

Himanshu Bishwash: Thank you for the detailed response. Cardio Load uses your Resting Heart Rate baseline, and needs the 6 weeks to fully calibrate. We can make this more clear in the messaging so you aren't guided in the wrong direction.

Amanda Yes, that would help! Thanks for the consideration.
