1 thing missing
Tomek Gniewko Bielak
I feel like there is one thing missing i.e.
Yesterday i had 2 beers, and takeaway late at night. Then:
Slept long and good (76% sleep score) - fair
Woke up with poor recovery (16% ) - fair
Strain target was really low - maybe bit low
Then i stayed in bed for about 6 hours, with low stress and started feeling bored and felt like i am recovering etc, so went had an amazing workout and im glad i did.
i really like the fact the 3 main rings are set and dont change, but Shouldn't there be one more ring thats dynamic? Which adds i.e earned strain or earned recovery ?
I might be wrong maybe my data isnt sinced well yet i only have the app for few days but it has history for months as ive been using different apps

Grey I had an idea for this. It would be super cool if underneath (z axis) you could show stress categories (i.e. bar graph showing stress at that time) colored based on low-medium-high. Just adds a bit more context to what was occurring at that moment.

Dylan: that's going to be in V1 :)

Grey fantastic. Excited to see this, and if you need a beta tester I’m still praying to get off the beta #2 google form list 😁

Whilst building this, it would be great to have a complication to show the energy bank reserve

Is it possible to add in this and stress to the watch app while building? It can be hard to just look at the complications and/or Smart Stack.

We need this so bad. This is the tempting part of going back to Garmin

Wow! Yes please.
I would divide energy reserve into 1.Short term daily reserve.
- Long term accumulated energy stores and call it resilience.
The more we have accumulate excess energy like sleep credit, increasing fitness, decreased stress on consecutive days, the more is added to our long term energy reserves. And vice versa.
That would take this app and Apple Watch to the next level.
