Event aware strain goals

I feel like users on the bevel app should be able to mark important upcoming events, like a soccer game. Track meet. Long run. Things like that then the app can factor that into the strain goals. And give you insights on what actions should be taken
For example, sometimes the app recommends pushing for high strain, but if I have an intense event the next day, I’d probably want lower strain or more recovery-focused guidance instead.

Incorporating future training into current target strain
Andrew Nemeth
I have a few events that I’m training for. I just completed a Murph at Memorial Day and I’m gonna do a half marathon on July 4. When I interact with my strain goals sometimes on the day of the event or on the days when I have intense practices, I overshoot my strain goal. I wonder if there’s a way to factor the strain targets around not just past data or current data but taking into account future data. If a runner has a training schedule, perhaps they could add that into Bevel to help align their target strain goals and actual training sessions.
For example, if I have a long run planned on Friday morning; on Thursday Bevel could make my target strain lighter so that I’m prepared for Friday instead of my target strain being high on Thursday and low on Friday. But I am doing a light recovery on Thursday and a difficult workout on Friday.
