Hi there, I’m facing this issue as well where someone in my family has a subscription, is sharing it but it doesn’t register that it’s being shared on my app. Can you please help?

Also, when you are on the payment screen, can you scroll down and tap Restore Purchase?

Tayler H: Thanks for the update. Is this the first time that you are trying out Family sharing for Bevel? Or were you able to make this work previously?
Can you go to Bevel -> Profile -> scroll down and tap "Send logs to Developer?"

My girlfriend has to press restore subscription daily. The app keeps kicking her out asking for her Apple ID password again, without the option of Face ID or 1Password. Maybe you can look into that. :) Grey

I too have this issue, it just after saying your family member has paid membership, yours is free, press ok and it just returns to subscribe screen. Family sharing turned on.

Dylan: I believe toggling that on should work. Are you saying that there's some UI bugs? Or just commenting that I probably still have some work left?
Besides that, I am working on a couple of edge cases for Family Sharing that will be released in the next update, but it should not block it from working

Dylan: It should be in Manage subscription in settings. So if they are onboarding for the first time, they should skip the payment screen and go straight to the app settings -> manage subscription.

Grey Can’t seem to get it to work on the wife’s phone either. When I click on restore purchase it prompts for her iCloud password and then it doesn’t do anything.

Sean Renton: Got it. Just to confirm, you're saying that after your wife enters her password, it doesn't do unlock anything?
EDIT: can you confirm that you have Superset shared to your family? You can toggle it in Settings -> Management subscription -> Edit subscription

Grey Have the toggle for family sharing on and when she hits the restore purchase button it prompts for iCloud password. Enter the password and then nothing happens. Can click the restore button numerous times and will still prompt for the password.
