If we could have integration with the Fitbit API that would be great. For now I use Power Sync to sync my fitbit data to Apple Health but it’s missing a lot of metrics and doesn’t sync much during the day.

I don't see the option to add my Fitbit air as a source. Is that normal?

I have also an apple watch, so with the new integration, whenever I take off my fitbit and wear aw, because I like it more for workouts, there will be no data lost right? When Bevel can retrieve data from fitbit it will automatically switch to Aw data?

This is now available in 3.1.0! Go to Settings → Data Sources → Add Integration, tap Google Health, then Connect and sign in to your Google account to read your Sleep, Fitness, and daily metrics.

Leah every time I try this it says failure to sync google health data. Any suggestions for workarounds?

Josh Barrett Can you try closing the alert and then tapping Resync? Our team is working on a longer-term solution.

Leah I have a question. Is bevel commanding Google health to sync to my Fitbit whenever bevel is opened. I want a way to stop using the google health app entirely and rely on bevel. But I can’t do this because of live heart rate and the sync with my device not happening when I pull down refresh.

Ben Yes, we still rely on the Google Health app to sync since that's what your Fitbit Air is connected to. However, in our testing, we found that it synced really well in the background, and you only need to open the Google Health app once every few days to keep the background sync going.

Leah Good to hear. Does this mean that live heart rate will never be a thing. Which is fine because bevel offers so much more but just one feature I would enjoy.

Ever since I got the Fitbit Air, I stopped wearing my Apple Watch to sleep so Bevel doesn’t have much data. But still everyday at least 4 times I would check Bevel because of how much I miss Bevel. Absolutely cannot wait for the integration! Kudos to the team for listening and starting work on it!

I have a Fitbit air, Oura, and Apple Watch and so far I can get my Apple and Oura details into this app but unfortunately not my Fitbit air. So I agree the sooner this gets into the app the better.

Also being in progress is cool thanks Bevel Team.
