Garmin Connect - Strength Training integration
planned (soon)

Hello team,
I discovered Bevel a few months ago and really got into it when you integrated with the Garmin Connect API. That's a really great job, and your app deserves to be known by more people!
So far, the Garmin Connect integration is much more reliable than Garmin > Apple Health > Bevel integration, congrats 👏
I think there can be room for improvement regarding the synchronisation of Strength workouts:
* if I use the Bevel app with my phone only, I do not have the cardio from my Garmin watch, and I lose all the benefits of the cardio-related feature.
* but if I log a strength workout from my Garmin watch, I do not have any information about the sets, even if I follow the workout I configured on Garmin Connect
I know I can record the workout from the Garmin watch and then add the workout plan later by describing it on Bevel or importing a screenshot, but I can’t imagine anyone actually bothering to do it. It is really frustrating.
Hence, two suggestions:
👉 retrieve the details of the sets (reps, weight, ...) directly from the Garmin Connect API (I assume this is available as I can see them logged in the .fit file)
👉 export the Bevel routine to Garmin Connect (directly or via a .fit file) because the Garmin Connect builder is s***ty as fuck !!
That way, I can benefit from the Bevel workout builder (awesome), run it directly on my Garmin device, and synchronize everything all at once.
Thanks for considering it!

Is bevel working on a garmin IQ app to benefit from bevel workouts directly on garmin? And enable workout tracking directly from garmin? Curious what is preventing you guys from doing it in garmin while it exists on Apple . Thanks!

Power sheet directly from Garmin

It would be useful to have the strength sheet directly on the Garmin watch so that you can enter everything (weights, repetitions...) directly during training and then find everything on Bevel. Now you can't see all these things and you would have to do it manually. This functionality or the direct connection with LiftTrack would be useful

Native connection with Garmin Connect

I know you're still growing but it would be amazing to have a native connection to the data from Garmin Connect instead of to the data from the health app. Garmin has a lot more precision and amount of data, so the apps wouldn't say different information either, as is usually the case with the body battery, among others.

Importing specific exercise data from garmin connect

My garmin detect exactly the type of exercise and number of reps, is there a way to import that data directly from the iconnect app to bevel.
I have attached the data from the garmin app(garmin has detected each exercise on it’s own)

Im into it! Please add Bevel to Garmin IQ that trainings from the app are available at the watch and then training is synced to app after done. It would be game changer for garmin users

Garmin Workout Sync for Bevel AI Workouts

I’d love to see Bevel support sending structured workouts directly to Garmin Connect and compatible Garmin devices, similar to how workouts can currently be started on Apple Watch.
One of Bevel’s biggest strengths is Bevel Intelligence. It can use my recovery, sleep, HRV, training load, completed workouts and weekly check-ins to review and adjust my training plan over time. That’s a huge part of what makes the Pro subscription valuable.
As a cyclist, though, my Garmin Edge is the device I actually use to ride. It records my power meter, heart rate strap, cadence and navigation, but I still have to run the workout on my Apple Watch just to see the intervals and coaching. Otherwise, I have to manually recreate every workout in Garmin Connect.
Being able to send Bevel workouts directly to Garmin would create a much smoother experience:
• Bevel Intelligence creates or updates my workout based on my recovery and progress.
• One tap sends the workout to Garmin.
• I complete the workout on my Garmin Edge.
• The completed ride syncs back to Bevel for future plan adjustments.
This would make Bevel feel like a true end-to-end coaching platform for Garmin users and would be a compelling reason for cyclists and endurance athletes to subscribe to Pro.

Import the sessions generated by Bevel directly into Garmin

Bevel's AI makes it possible to generate an entire running training plan. On the other hand, you cannot directly import the sessions into Garmin as Kiprun Pacer does for example. That would be so quick and convenient!
