"Grease the groove" and micromovement nudges

I'm trying to stay active during the day using "Grease the Groove" micro-movements (like push-ups and planks).
Right now, I have to rely on manual alarms to remember my sets. I'd love a feature where the Al coach could send randomized notifications within a specific time window (e.g., 07:30 to 14:00) to nudge me to do a set.
Having the app proactively "check in" at random times would make the coaching feel much more like a real-life partner and help me stay consistent without the clutter of 10 different phone alarms.

While Bevel 3.0 doesn’t yet support randomized push notifications for micro-workouts, you can use Bevel Intelligence to set up a structured routine. Try asking: “Create check-ins for me at 10am, 1pm, and 3pm to complete a quick workout. Have the check-in say ‘Time for your quick workout, complete 10 pushups,’ and change 10 pushups to 30 second plank at 1pm and 20 squats at 3pm.” Bevel Intelligence will then remind you at those times to complete the micro workouts.
