It would be great if there was some additional data added to HRV section of the app to show you a more glanceable trend. For example, Garmin has HRV status, which is derived as a 7 day average of HRV. I think something like this could be helpful, as the day-to-day HRV graph is quite noisy and hard to understand compared to rolling average trends which are much simpler.

Grey, It would be nice to have 7-day rolling average with upper and lower baseline bound trend lines
overlaid on the HRV chart
displayed in the Recovery screen. This is what Garmin displays, and what I presume was requested in this ticket.I've attached a few examples of what this looks like – from Garmin, from HRV4Training Pro, and a custom plot – just to show different designs. I like the HRV4Training Pro one best because it shows both a 7-day rolling average and upper and lower baseline bounds for a 60 day period.
Having trend lines and upper and lower baseline bounds overlaid with the daily values makes it easy to see, at-a-glance, if the short-term trend is deviating significantly from a normal range.
I presume you marked this ticket as Complete because you added the HRV Baselines chart to the Biology screen, but that doesn't provide the same value as the feature described above. 🫤

Any updates on this? Eagerly awaiting its release along with weight tracking!

It would be great if it could display the timestamp of the measurements.

That's a good idea Dylan! I'll note this for when the app is redesigned

Definitely was a big fan of this one w/ Garmin for an easy, high level look at HRV. Would love to see something like this on Superset too!
