Asymmetric Workout Logging

Some exercises can be done with a single side/arm/leg but there isn’t a specific single side version option for the exercises. Maybe a toggle for current exercises to make them single sided and then clear swap side & rest timing, and logging for each side. Very useful for exercises which might be part of physio or recovery where one side needs to strengthen more than the other. Even consistency on how to log different sides would be good.

Option unilateral exercises

Ad an option to perform exercises unilaterally and than have the volume of that exercise be doubled in the total volume of the training.

Improve logging single arm dumbbell/cable exercises

When tracking single cable/dumbbell exercises that are symmetrical, total volume lifted doesn’t automatically assume that the exercise was repeated for both sides (e.g single arm dumbbell rows at 20kg for 10 reps will give 200kg volume when it should be 400kg assuming both arms)

Divide workout weights more clearly
Patrick
When training with two dumbbells, it should be divided more clearly how much weight a dumbbell should have. Instead of e.g. 30kg write 2x15kg
Do I find visually clearer and more beautiful

Hi Daniel & Stanley Ng, thanks for the feedback. Currently, you should only put the single weight amount, because Bevel auto-calculates the total weight for two arms.
For example, "One Arm Tricep Extension," if you click the "i" you will see Weights = Single. This means that you enter the weight for one arm. You can choose whether you want to split up Left and Right as sets. For example, you could do 20 lbs x 12 reps (representing one arm), or 20 lbs x 24 reps (representing both).
For "Lunge" with "Dumbbell", if you click the "i" you will see Weights = Double. This means that you enter the weight in one hand, and Bevel will automatically double this in the calculation. For reps, again, you can decide whether you want to keep them within one set or split them up, depending on how you do your exercise.

Dumbbell type of training should be allowed to log left and right weight
Stanley Ng
As the title, I would like to log a set of DB bench press as 30+30kg x 12 instead of confusing 60kg x 12
