In Load Balance a way to look into future

When I have a big cycling event coming up I like to have my Form (TSB) at +15 to +25 and try to plan for this using HealthFit's TSB graph where I can drag into the future to see the values. I use this a lot and adding TSB and being able to see future values would be huge. The image shows 2 days in the future.
Maybe this could also be done using Training Load?

I use this TSB chart on healthfit a lot to see my progress and my ability to perform on a given day compared to the past in an easy to read chart. It would be nice if Bevel could do something similar using their own algorithm or TSB model.

Hi Noel Ardelean, We already have this chart available! To find it, go to Bevel -> Strain -> Cardio Load. Once you see the Cardio Load chart, swipe left to view the "Load Balance."
Can you please confirm if this is what you are asking for?

Randell Yes that’s exactly it! however it’s missing the form or Training stress balance which is like the difference between Atl and Ctl. Basically when my form/tsb is lower it displays that my ability to perform is low and vice versa, which is useful for upcoming races. Also would yous be able to make it into a widget?
Randell
Noel Ardelean: I see. I believe the chart that you are looking for is the "Cardio Load" chart, this is the chart that you swiped earlier. It represents your Body's adaptability.
For your widget suggestion, we do have a planned ticket for that one already.
If you have any other questions, please lmk! I will close this ticket for now

Thanks for the feedback Mike Suiter. If I understand this correctly, showing values in the future would allow you to see when you're going to drop out of the optimal range assuming you don't exercise right?

Grey Yes I like to ease up on training before a big ride and being able to see into the future allows me to see what activities I can do, if anything to get into the +15 to +25 TSB range for max performance. And for me, max performance doesn’t mean win, but just finish 😂

Mike Suiter: Got it. That makes sense. Let me add it to the roadmap.
