In Bevel 3.0, you can tell Bevel Intelligence about injuries and it will remember them. Try “I injured my right knee last week,” and it will store this and factor it into future workout suggestions and recovery insights. You can also ask, “Given my knee injury, what should I modify in my training?” You can ask it to keep an injury log for you or set up daily check-ins to track how your injury is feeling.

It would be great to have a brief way of noting the injury or issue. Most of us know our weak points that give us trouble. So a brief ‘Left knee flare up’ or ‘Lower back spasm’ type comment on the change to injured would help in making the connection between a pattern of exercise and the issue.

Hi Reece Coetzer You can change your Activity Status to Injured by clicking the Activity Status dropdown located in the top-left corner, just below the date.
If you had something different in mind, please let me know.
