I use the hydration widget a lot to track water, would be great if we could have the same for coffee and alcohol as I often forget at the time and then have to edit the journal next day and then can't be bothered to change the time for each entry

I really like the journal feature similar to Athlytic. However, I don’t use Athlytic’s journal because it takes too much mental effort to remember to journal.

This app is cool because it sometimes reminds me to log my journal.

So in general, I want to see more of this! The option to automatically open up the journal when logging into the app in the evening (or during a set time)

Also possibly a widget to track journal entries, making it easier to do it from the home screen.

I think it would be helpful to have an interactive widget that would enable you to add water or caffeine or other data that is being incorporated into the journal. This would make it easier to add the data, rather than tapping into the app and adding how much water you had or caffeine (or any other data being tracked with the journal feature)
