Issue with Duplicate and Incomplete Polar Beat / Polar Flow Data Sync in Bevel

Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue syncing my Polar workout data into Bevel and would appreciate your assistance.
Currently, I’m unable to synchronize data from Polar Beat directly into Bevel on its own. Synchronization only works when Polar Beat is used together with Polar Flow. However, when I do this, Bevel ends up receiving two entries for the same workout, which results in duplicate data. Unfortunately, neither of the duplicated entries can be deleted.
I have also tried the following scenarios:
• Using only Polar Flow:
The workout appears in Bevel, but it contains no actual training data (e.g., duration, heart rate, intensity). It only shows the workout type.
• Using only Polar Beat:
No data is synchronized to Bevel at all.
As a result, the only way to get full workout data into Bevel is to use both Polar Beat and Polar Flow simultaneously, which causes the duplicate-entry issue described above.
Could you please advise:
1. Whether there is a recommended way to sync Polar workouts into Bevel without creating duplicate data.
2. Whether Bevel supports direct Polar Beat data imports without requiring Polar Flow.
3. If there is any way to remove or prevent duplicate workout entries once they appear in Bevel.
Thank you very much for your time and support. I look forward to your guidance.
Kind regards,
Brian

Hi Brian Ho, If you are experience duplicate logs in the app for workout sessions, There's 2 ways to fix this issue:
- Delete the data directly in Apple Health: Go to Apple Health -> Workouts -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Show all data" swipe to delete the duplicated data.
or Delete it diectly in Bevel. Bevel -> Fitness -> Activity Summary -> under History, tap on the duplicated workout -> upper right corner, 3 dot icon -> Delete data.
- Hide Data Sources in Bevel: Go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> Workouts -> Hide data source, add the source you want Bevel to exclude on the calculation.
Additionally, not sure if this will work, you can try logging/syncing your workout using other 3rd party apps like RunGap -> Apple Health -> Bevel.
