Let’s say the system could provide advice on what type of training is suitable for the upcoming day based on previous training history, recovery level, and the exertion target.
For example, someone might have several types of training sessions in rotation — swimming, running, and strength workouts at the gym. It would be great if the morning report could recommend the most suitable training for the day ( if strength choose from the log more suitable training plan (let's say user have 2-3 days split training), or suggest taking a rest day with just a walk or some stretching.

Honestly it kind of already has this. I use the Bevel AI all the time and at the beginning of the week I send it a screenshot of my work schedule and it tells me what day to do what and when to take a rest day and everything. It just depends on having templates set up and that’s okay with me. I have 4 different workout templates and it knows I alternate between lift and cardio every day. Bevel AI is your best friend.

Hi Kak Tak, thank you for the suggestion. Have you tried sharing this with Bevel Intelligence? It should be able to tailor it's recommendations to this suggestion.

Hello, Amanda, good day,
Just tried to use the Bevel intelligence and yes it's working pretty good. Many thanks for your assistance and have great day!

Amanda While Bevel Intelligence does greet me nicely every morning, there is something pretty annoying. Each morning I see a greeting like “you didn’t get any sleep last night” and then it eventually syncs with Apple Health and sees the data from my Ultra come in and updates. So it trains me not to trust what the AI says in the morning.

Ben: Hey Ben, can you share a screenshot of this so we can look into it?

Amanda I'll try to grab one next time I see, but essentially it's a race condition. You have the prompt being generated before it syncs with Apple Health, and sometimes Apple Health even syncs with Bevel before my Watch Ultra submits the sleep data to Apple Health. It's all happening at the same time.
Maybe exposing the synching state to the AI so it takes that into account? And if there's no sleep data, for it to handle that more gracefully, knowing that for example since I have tracked me sleep every night that likely it's just taking a bit longer to arrive this time?
Or perhaps the actual synching mechanisms could be adjusted for the elements that are within Bevel's control.
Lastly, maybe the sleep section would behave more like the nutrition section, in showing clearly when there isn't enough data yet.

Beni swipe down every morning when I open bevel to make sure it refreshes and syncs. I’ve noticed though however that it isn’t always a bevel issue. I have to open Apple health first so that it updates and then bevel will update. It’s definitely an Apple health app issue
