Intermittent fasting, late meal, diary, gluten free and low carbs can be fully automated for those with complete nutrition logs; menstrual cycle and sexual activity as well.

Ability to overwrite automatic journal tags
Nathan
I really like this app so far. However, I am bothered by some of the automatic tags in the journal (the morning sunlight and the daylight tags). I assume that they are tracked through the apple watch. But during the winter, my watch is hidden under my jacket, so it never records outside daylight minutes. So I wish to be able to overwrite the automatic suggestion for this tag (it often says I wasn’t outside even though I was).

Even more input

Input such as muscle pain, fatigue,... so that recovery and training, load and nutrition can take more account of this. Complaints that the watch cannot measure

Personalized Hydration & Caffeine Optimization Based on Sleep and Recovery Data

I would love to see Bevel evolve its habit tracking into a more data-driven, personalized optimization tool.
Currently, the habit journal allows users to log water intake (in ml) and caffeine consumption (in mg), which is excellent. However, it would be incredibly powerful if Bevel could analyze this data in relation to sleep quality and recovery metrics, and provide personalized recommendations.
For example, based on a user’s historical data, Bevel could identify correlations such as:
• When daily water intake is within X–Y ml, recovery scores average Z and sleep quality improves.
• When caffeine intake exceeds a certain threshold or is consumed past a specific time, sleep latency or recovery decreases.
From there, the app could suggest personalized optimal ranges for:
• Daily hydration (ml)
• Daily caffeine intake (mg)
• Potentially even timing recommendations
This would transform habit tracking from passive logging into active performance optimization.
Additionally, it would be great to see deeper integration between the habit journal and the nutrition feature. A dedicated Nutrition section could include water and caffeine tracking within a broader nutritional framework. This section could analyze correlations between specific foods, quantities, and their impact on sleep and recovery metrics — giving users a more complete and actionable picture of how nutrition influences performance.
In short, the goal would be to move from simple tracking to intelligent, individualized insights that help users optimize sleep, recovery, and overall performance based on their own data.
(all the text was written by an AI, I speak spanish, I hope you can understand the feature. If you had any questions, tell me, regards Bevel team!)

Easier Access to Journal Entries

Olutoyin Fayemi
There is no easy way to access historical journal entries. In Oura I had access to a calendar and could easily jump back months or years to see what journal entries I entered. In Bevel I don’t see any way to do this other than scrolling one week at a time.

Drop Down Journal Entry

Have the option to instead of simply "Yes" or "No," kind of have a multiple choice option. Where I would use it would be for Shift Type, whether I worked a day shift, night shift, was transitioning, or was completely off. Instead of having 4 different tags, it could be one. I've also considered this for like shower: morning, evening, no. Or skincare, etc.
