Live Activity for Strength Builder

Love where this idea is headed. I personal use the templates as a boiler plate for the day (ie. Arm day, leg day, etc.) just to drop a certain curated set of exercise in my current session, then I just adjust the details as I go with what I actually do that day. Set entry is pretty quick once you have the exercise in but what’s the most frustrating is that I can’t track my workout details with my Apple Fitness session that I started. So I end up starting session on my watch with all the watch vital details AND another workout in Bevel with all the actual workout journal details and then I end up with 2 sessions each with data the other needs. Is there a way to automatically merge these or at the very least manually merge them? Is there a better way for me to accomplish what I need?

Yooo it would be so cool to have live activities in the background WHEN THE PHONE IS CLOSED (during strength training) so that when the phone is closed you can see how long you rested and what set is this and what exercise is it without opening the phone (for people that don’t use watches) its such a hassle I have to open my phone and open the app to see my progress in the session

Hevy is a great reference here. Their 'one-tap' completion for sets is highly efficient because it eliminates the need to unlock the phone, significantly reducing friction during a workout.

During workouts, I always find it handy to be able to write feedback for myself for the next week or feedback on form, cues and other personal tips permanently, similar to how RepCount goes about it.
Another small (but useful!) feature I think would add nice quality of life in certain scenarios would be a simple live activity on the iPhone. Having your rest timer constantly display above or on your lock screen while using your phone intermittently I think would be cool.

The request is to be able to view in real time, in the Apple Watch application, the aerobic activity being performed. For example; running. To be able to view the heart rate (zone), the current duration of the activity, calories, etc... and to be able to finish the activity from the same application. So that the complete record remains in the application and you don't have to manually enter the activity, since doing so, the data mentioned above in the app's registration is not obtained.
Similar to what the Apple application already does, but integrated into Bevel with a better UI and directly into the application.
Thank you.

Would it be possible to place the workout timer directly on the lock screen as a live function?
Then you wouldn't always have to constantly unlock the phone to start or end a sentence.

For newer iPhones, make workouts into a live activity, show brief info on lock screen, timers on Dynamic Island etc…

Please add live workouts tracking
This is the reason I love whoop
It lets track my workouts live from my iPhone screen
Which gives me a clear idea if I hit a certain goal during the workout
