Load more than a year of historical data

Currently, the overview tab in activities has a graph that compares the current week/month/year total time to the previous week/month/year total time.
I would like it expanded to also be able to see the Summary for the previous week/month/year and not just the graph.
For example, I like to filter by running only, since that is my primary activity. I can see this. year's total mileage, and I can see the graph for the previous year in respect to time, but I cannot see the mileage for the previous year.
If that was not clear enough, put simply:
If it is August 2024, I can see the total mileage I've run YTD.
But I can't see how many miles I had run YTD for August 2023. I would like to be able to do this.

Longer Data Retention

Hi Bevel Team 👋
I ask that you extend the retention of general data such as Cardio load to a longer period than just the last 12 months. I have been using Bevel for over 12 months and unfortunately the historical data on the charts is starting to disappear.
For me, these graphs are a reference point in time. Especially the period from year to year (+- 2-3 months)
Thanks and all the best!

The data maximum goes back for one year for recovery, resting heart rate, HRV etc. please make it go back as far as you have data.

Historical data shouldn’t be deleted??

When scrolling back to find a previous workout I was shocked that data older than a year is just being deleted?? This is an absolute no go for any fitness app and I can’t stress enough how important it is that every stat has to be accessible in the app!

Hi Marten Voigt, Just to clarify with you- the historical data wasn't "deleted" it is just that the app currently will only load your last year worth of data to decrease syncing time. We have a planned ticket for this to enable the users to load more than a year of historical data within the app.
We are already working on this, let me merge this ticket for you.

In 2.1, when you select 1Y for activity summary, the previous year comparison doesn't work and guessing because history doesn't go back 2 years. Also, when you select 1/1/2025 to try and do YTD comparison, this year shows 0 for the first 2 months, and there is no data for 2024. Both of these are shown in the screenshots.

We need to be able to get more years of data since I already want to compare data points that I once had in Bevel but disappeared after a resync. Especially the year view is pretty pointless if I cant go back at least one more year to compare. Also in the Fitness tab I cant compare multiple years to see how 2025 is going vs 2024. I would like to ideally sync 5 years of data and no problem if it takes a couple minutes the first time to sync.

pjay YTD vs the previous year is what I’ve been asking for since day 1! When I select month or year, other apps start on the 1st and would love Bevel to do the same.
Amanda
Hi Mike Suiter, that is correct. Currently we only load your last year of data to decrease syncing time. I'll add it to the roadmap for users to be able to sync beyond a year of data. Thanks!
