Log historical strength & cardio workouts
in progress

I add my strong support for this feature. We use Bevel to track my sons training load (soccer). He is usually able to wear his apple watch and record his sessions but sometimes he forgets to charge his watch (typical teenager :)) and the session is not recorded so it does not factor into his cardio load. I would love to be able to enter the workout after the fact (based on previous similar sessions) and get a "good enough" TRIMP to impact his load balance.

Count steps into cardio

Today I made 25k steps but have high cardio deficit because I didn’t track those steps as a workout. Would be cool if you build an algorithm that counts steps in the equation for cardio level even though they are outside of a workout. Not everybody starts a workout for walks.

Grey Hey Grey, amazing that you're working on that feature. Any wild guess by when this should become available in the App?

Post-Activity Logging in Strength Builder

It would be amazing to be able to backfill the exercises and reps for a strength workout similar to Whoop's strength builder! The gym environment is always changing and I can't fully pre-plan exercises.

I have karate training twice a week and am not allowed to wear the watch to train. Then and when it doesn't have a battery, I lack data. This is a shame because it is precisely this data that is important and should also be taken into account in “strain” and “recovery.” Suggestion: You could specify the type, duration and intensity of a training session and thus obtain data (possibly by comparing with other recorded trainings and their subjective evaluation)

Get a biceps band for it and place the watch on the inside of your arm.

Thanks so much for the great app! I’m a new user and have been pleasantly surprised by all the features and in-depth analysis options.
I have a question: is it possible to update my strength training template after finishing a workout on the Apple Watch app?
I just completed a session using heavier weights than usual, but accidentally skipped the “Update Template” option at the end. I tried to find a way to update it afterwards in the app, but couldn’t locate that option.

Import detailed data from Strong to Strength Builder

First of all, I’d like to say that I’m truly impressed with the quality of the app and the user support, thank you for your great work!
For strength training, I have an active subscription to Strong, with 583 workouts logged. I’d like to switch to Strength Builder, not only to have everything in a single app, but also because I can see that, even though Strong is currently a bit ahead, Strength Builder’s planned roadmap is more ambitious.
Given that Strong allows exporting detailed workouts to a CSV file, would it be possible to import them into Strength Builder? Another option could be importing from Hevy, especially considering that Hevy supports importing Strong’s CSV
Amanda
Thanks for the suggestion Diego T! We're glad you've been enjoying the app so far :) We do have big plans for Strength Builder, and are considering how to pull historical workouts into Bevel. Thank you for the csv tip, this is something we can look into for sure. Would love to circle back with you when we get closer!

Amanda Any updates on the CSV importing? I would love to fully start using strength builder when it gets updated

Woop has an option to add a workout after it’s done and if it isn’t picked up automatically by woop. I don’t know why this isn’t an option on Apple Watch but maybe bevel can sort this problem out ?
