I want to be able to see my sleep trends for 60 days, 90 days, 6mo, 1yr. To be able to compare my sleep quality, specifically the times I tend to go to bed and wake up basically I want to measure sleep consistency. When I click on the sleep tab, it just shows me information and trend from last night, not long-term.
Garmin did this effectively showing the trends from this year to last year the time I tend to go to sleep and wake up, which showed me what I need to work on. Unfortunately, I deleted the app but attached are graphs from Google images to give you an idea (one of the graph shows sleeps for for the last four weeks, but I’m looking for consistency). Also comparing my sleep to age groups would be great as well as a benchmark.
Also attached is apples version of this but Garmins graphs gave you more data.
