Oura does a really cool thing where it maps out your midpoint for your sleep. This takes into account both your start and end time to give you a midpoint to hit. When I used Oura, this motivated me to hit that midpoint by retroactively go to bed and wake up around the same times.

That's a cool idea. Thanks for the suggestion Garrett Harney. I'll see how I can work this into the design

That seems like a pretty cool concept, versus just like a targeted bed time. Assuming you couldn’t use the term Midpoint since Oura does, but maybe something like targeting your sleep “Sweet Spot”.
