Thanks for the suggestion BH, you can think of Cardio Load as a mix of these factors, intended to give you a quick view of what's going on internally. We'll consider adding separate fitness metrics. I'm curious, what do you find most useful from these metrics and why? How do you use them?

Amanda I use these metrics to compare training sessions. I like the simple view approach, but maybe add an expanded view or modify cardio load with an expanded view to have these separate charts. I am sure a lot of us would love this kind of data
