I think I’d like to see my data for the whole month instead of a month from the day viewing. So for example when i tap monthly RHR I’d like to see this month average (even if not complete) then I scroll to last month and see that whole months average. As it is now I see monthly increments based on the date viewing.

I would love to see the accumulated time and distance of walking / running be displayed by month today date compared to previous month, rather than a rolling view of the last x number of days

When viewing any graph or chart instead of it showing the last 7 days, last month or last years of data I want each chart to start on either Monday, the 1st of the month and for the year view January.
I think this should be a setting so that each user can set their own preference.
For example like the images below:

I was just about to leave feedback for that.
On any page where I can see the history for the week, month or year, i want it to be from the Monday, the 1st day of the month or the 1st of jan.
Not a year, month or 7 days back from today.
It makes a lot of sense to have this as a setting and not forced for everyone though.
So for the example below it would show data from the 1st of feb onwards.
