Movement Stress vs mental stress

Very often, Bevel AI interprets higher heart rate and lower HRV coming from movement as stress. It does not destinguish between Movement and Other Stress. Only Activity stress is treated separately. But as I don’t want to start an activity for each stair I am doing in my house I get a lot of missinterpretation of my stress level. This shall be improved / changed

I think it's not a solution for every move you do during the day to log an activity like this. This will lead to the whole ad adsurdum if I enter an activity for every climb of stairs. And the fact that Bevel AI suggests breathing training for me every time is of little help. I think the solution, such as Garmin, does, is significantly better there: when the device detects a slight movement, the stress value is hidden.

Hi Torsten M The stress graph reflects physiological stress based on your heart rate and HRV, so any movement that elevates your HR can show up as stress — even if it's something relaxing like a walk in the park. Right now, tracked workouts are automatically excluded from the stress graph. If you're doing an activity you don't want counted as stress, you can log it as a workout in Apple Health and it will be omitted.
