Integration with myfitnesspal to get foods natively

Apple health integration gives info on carbs, protein, fats grams, but not the exact foods eaten which can be received in Bevel after integrating with MyFitnessPal directly through Terra API. This can help achieve a score in Bevel Journal for 67+ nutrition score in an automated fashion, which currently doesn’t do.

Third party integration with chronometer

I have been logging food for years in chronometer and don’t plan to switch. I’d love if Bevel because I like the rest of it but really want to keep my workflow for logging food the same.

It would just be a lot easier for us people who already track to have a link option to Bevel, then calories in vs out is more accurate.
I can’t find a lot of the foods I eat on there, and it’s just nice to have everything all in one place (Bevel).
I think this feature would be massive for the app, it would definitely keep me on board too. I love my Apple Watch and knowing now I can use it like a whoop is great. This would be the icing on the cake for me

Import food Data from MyfitnessPal

It would be easier if you could import data from Myfitness pal because I already log food into this app l. So if there was a way Bevel and MyfitnessPal could sync, it would make life way easier

Hi Russell Hovlik & Natalie Niehueser, thank you for the suggestion. In the next version of Nutrition, we plan to incorporate foods synced through Apple Health to build a Nutrition Score in Bevel. This will include anything MFP syncs to Apple. Hopefully this will help :)

Ability to manually enter a nutrition score

For those of us who are happy tracking in another app, and can get a summary nutrition score from that app, provide the ability to just enter the summary nutrition score in Bevel. Otherwise we have to double-enter everything since Apple Health doesn’t pass through data on individual foods.

Data Share with My Fitness Pal
N
Natalie Niehueser
For those of us who are very macro / calorie focused, accuracy, custom editing, and an expansive food database are critically important.
Right now, I am really excited about the Bevel food log, as it has a lot of potential but it does not offer the ability for those of us who currently use MFP to completely move over solely to Bevel. Since Bevel also offers a lot more health data than just food - I understand there may not be a drive to add all the features needed for those of us who have very specific and detail oriented nutritional goals.
So my suggestion is for a data sharing link between My Fitness Pal and Bevel. This will allow us to utilize the nutrition statistics of Bevel without having to double track.
