Named stress levels & notifications
planned (tbd)

If the app could notify us about stress getting too high, that would be great. The stress level app widget is helpful, but we are not always checking our watches or phones. And, when we do, some apps translate the current stress level into an emoji or allow custom-named stress levels to allow a glance into how one's physiology is faring. I would love to see something similar in Superset. It may sound silly, but I have benefited from such tools and it seems something Superset could have as part of its features based on the data it has available (some apps charge outrageous subscriptions for just this feature and little else).

Stress notification

A notification in the event of noticeably high levels of stress, which may also suggest short breathing exercises or the like, depending on how great the increase in stress is or how long the duration of stress lasts.

This is a good suggestion Guido Scholz, thank you! Will add to the roadmap.

Stress Notifications

It would be great to receive a notification when the stress score or level is high so that we can manage it immediately.

Harish & Chris Allsop I have merged this with another post as it is on our roadmap!

Stress alert (HRV)

When HRV goes above normal range in a range of stress the Apple Watch alerts you . This can help someone to be mindful and take deep breaths to bring back HRV to normal state

Great idea. Lots of small apps that do this but having it in Bevel would be a killer feature. And the ability to customise the ranges would be good. I have a chronic illness so my “normal” range is quite different to many people.

Very much hope to see High Stress Notification implemented. I am on the Free Trial and one of the things I need to do in my life is monitor my stress. I'm showing Stress score on my Watch but would be so great to set an upper bound score and get a notification if I go above that. A sort of reminder to take a breath, drink water, take a walk, etc but it is correlated to actual stress data!
