I’d suggest to track naps more like sleep but maybe self-reported for now with start and end time that also tracks the same metrics like sleep stages, hr, hrv, dip etc. and has an influence to the recovery and sleep need for that day.

Vishal: That's possible. I'm thinking of adding a nap as an automatic factor. This means it will be checked if you nap that day, and you can see its impacts on sleep and recovery the next day.

James Gleason: You should be able to do that already with custom tags. You can add one by tapping the + button in the customize journal page.
