Nutrition: Copy food

It would be very useful to be able to copy foods from a previous day, especially since I used the AI to record what I ate so I don't have a recipe for it. It's also useful when creating a recipe based on another one I have. Like if they share 90% of ingredients it's very tedious to manually enter everything again

Be able to copy a meal from a previous day like Yazid Example, breakfast on Monday, copy to the day on Saturday

Hi Jessica Tremblay, this is on our roadmap! We already have a ticket for that. I will merge it for you. Thanks for the suggestion!

ie breakfast, lunch, dinner, midday snack etc. Also include the possibility to log “same breakfast as yesterday “ etc.

Add ‘copy’ / add to today to the nutrition timeline

It would be really useful if we could copy entry’s from the previous days timeline and add them to the current days food log.
There’s been several times where I no longer have the packaging or it was difficult to add the correct food, and I’m eating the same thing again. Would save a lot of time if we could just copy or use again entry’s from the previous days timeline

Duplicate and Archive Recipes for Meal Prepping

After creating a recipe, it should be easy to duplicate it. I will meal prep the same recipes often but add slightly different ingredients or maybe slightly different amounts. It's annoying to have to write every ingredient from scratch every few days, when it contains mostly the same items.
It would also be useful to archive recipes that I made in the past but won't ever end up making the same exact way again, without impacting my historical logs.

Adjust a Recipe for One Instance
p

Sometimes when I prepare a recipe (several serving), I add additional ingredients at the time of serving. I found that I was changing my recipes when I logged by food and added ingredients, instead of only adding ingredients or changing values for old ingredients for one instance. I want to be able to adjust the recipe logged as a "copy" without affecting the original recipe, so that even if I add or omit something during one serving, it doesn't effect the next serving.

This would be a perfect addition, thanks!

Randell Looks like this feature is already live, no? I expected to be on top though since you would want to start the process by first copying the last day, no?

Eric Singhartinger Hi, This is for Nutrition, not Journal
