Power Nap Alarm

The new Alarm on Apple Watch is a really welcome feature but I feel that we can take it one step further with Power Nap Alarm.
I think many can relate with me on the situation where you feel like the need of having a nap and 3 things can happen:
- You have a solid Power Nap and you wake up ready to have a great rest of the day
- You sleep to much and you wake up worst than before, groggy and lazy
- Your Power Nap was to close to bed time, and you can’t fall asleep as fast as you would, messing up your night sleep.
Here it comes the Power Nap Alarm.
Imagine to be able to select Power Nap in the Alarm section of the AW app. When doing this I could see a warning in two cases:
- Power Naps don’t agree at all with me so I should try to avoid it (this could come from my personal insights)
- I’m trying to have a Power Nap too close to sleep time (this could be coming from personal insight)
In these cases I can still choose to continue with the Power Nap (or maybe suggest a guided session of NSDR that can be done inside the app 😳)
This warning page isn’t necessary if I’m asking to set a Power Nap alarm in a good time of the day that isn’t going to mess up my night sleep.
When I start the Power Nap, the alarm is going to be automatically set to wake me up in the most opportune time to avoid deep sleep cycles to avoid grogginess.
