Readiness Score?

I love the way the app is set up, I like the strain, recovery, and sleep, but one thing I would like to maybe see in the future would be a readiness score for each day that changes in response to strain and recovery. So the day after a hard strain day I might have a lower readiness score. The app essentially already does this, but it would be nice to see a number scale of how ready I am to train that day. I think whoop does a really nice job with that, and people seem to like the “being in the green” from their readiness score (referring to whoo still). I like bevel so much more than whoop, but we learn from our competition right? lol

Thank you for the suggestion, Nicholas McCarty! The Recovery Score is meant to give you a good understanding of how ready you are to take on the day, and your Strain Target will adjust based on that. Soon we'll also have improved coaching to give you guidance on what you should focus on that day. I'm curious what you envision as an addition to this that looks different from Recovery? Would love to hear your thoughts!

This should be simple to create since it goes hand in hand with strain and cardio load. But if you are prepping for a race or event, a metric or feature that could help you measure your progress to that would be amazing.

Training Today with its comparison of the last 24 hours HRV to a 60 day average is the most accurate metric I have seen, better than anything on Apple, Oura and Whoop. Sometimes simple is better than arbitrary score.
