In Apple Watch it would be great in bevel alerted us when REAL TIME resting HR is too high for custom threshold and/or alerted on stress levels or even battery bank!
Bethel has so much of our data, but it needs to be better utilized for real time so we can actually take action in the moment, Not look at data after the fact.

Status updates throughout the day to flag high stress, heart rate, stress, poor sleep, etc. Other than just hitting strain goal or recovery status. Aka more notifications on health throughout the day
