Daily Workout Suggestions

A way for the metrics collected by Bevel (e.g. Strain, Recovery, Sleep, Stress, Energy Bank, HRV, etc) to be utilised to recommend a workout (or several options for a workout) each day.
Something in a similar vein to Garmin's Daily Suggested Workouts, or Polar's FitSpark. I think the 'Gentler Streak' app also offers something similar, but a lot less in-depth/detailed.
It could generate 3-4 options for doing an appropriate Strength, Cardio or Mobility/Recovery workout. (Some kind of implementation with Strength Builder for these could be amazing?)
I had a go of creating my own (extremely rudimentary) version of something to demonstrate this, that takes Strain, Recovery, Sleep, and Energy Bank into account:
(There are many issues still, e.g. some workout durations being suggested at 0 mins for a low recovery score etc, but hopefully, it gives some very basic idea of the possible format!)
Garmin's Daily Suggested Workouts for reference:
And Polar's FitSpark:
I'm aware this idea has been suggested in another request that details a list of Garmin features, but I thought this explanation/demo would be easier in its own request.
(EDIT: Apologies if this post shows up multiple times, it didn't seem to show up in the Feedback Requests the first time I posted it, sorry!)

It would also be interesting if it could recommend exercises that target underused muscles. This might require asking the user to flag all the exercises they are able to do based on desire, skill, and available equipment. Then, the app can recommend a random exercise that targets muscles that were in the minority of use in the previous workout.

Would appreciate seeing this targeted to our history of exercises if possible.
E.G. “A cycling activity at your usual effort for XX minutes will hit your target strain today.”

Tyler: That makes sense. I will keep this in mind when implementing it
