Hi Lance Huber, "Rest Days" and "Sick Day" options will be added soon to the app, along with the AI Coach to better guide you on recovery. We’re still working on this feature, and it will be released soon as part of our Major update this summer.

It would be very important to me for the overview that days on which, for example, I did not wear the Apple Watch or I did not track any food or did not make any journal entries, these days do not influence the trends of biodata or nutritional data such as net balance and total energy, etc., but only include fully tracked days in the analyses. This could be done by automatically or manually tracking the corresponding days, for example as a vacation or break. This is also relevant for workplaces where you cannot wear the watch, such as in healthcare. Thank you so much!

A dedicated mode to support users when they're feeling unwell. Key features could include:
Manual activation when experiencing early symptoms
Daily symptom tracking (e.g. fever, fatigue, sore throat, mood)
Passive detection using changes in biometrics (e.g. HRV, sleep disruption, resting heart rate)
Personalized recommendations, such as:
Breathing exercises
Light movement or stretching
Rest-focused routines and sleep support
Recovery timeline showing daily data and progress over time
This mode could help users better manage illness, listen to their body, and return to balance more mindfully.
