Bud Porter, yes that is possible. You can go to Settings -> Customization -> Strength Builder -> Change interval to 15s. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Greyi I must be missing something. 15s is not an option there.

Ah nevermind, it seems like 15s is not an option yet. I'll add it in the next update.
