See muscle breakdown for future workout plan
planned (soon)

I’d like the muscle breakdown we get after a workout to be visible for a planned workout! I want to make sure I’ll be evenly targeting muscles.
I know it won’t be perfect, but maybe with the estimate of 1min breaks and just using the kg and rep numbers we enter in the plan, it could at least show a rough estimate!

It would be really cool and useful, if instead of only having the names for the muscles (when selecting specific muscle group), having a schema of the body and different muscles. This would help people (like me) who know where the muscle is, but not the name related to it

Visual Muscle Highlight Overview In workouts summary screen

I’d like to suggest a feature regarding the workout summary screen.
The current percentage-based breakdown is very useful, but it would be great if the app could also include a body-map style visualization (highlighting primary and secondary muscle groups on a human figure), similar to the example in the image I attached.
This feature would help users:
• Understand which muscle groups were trained at a glance
• Improve accessibility for beginners
• Better balance training throughout the week
I hope you consider adding this in future updates. Thank you!

Agree. I currently use Hevy for tracking my weightlifting and having the body muscle map of worked muscles after a workout is a great feature (Garmin also has this).

It would be helpful to have a detailed breakdown showing which exercise targets which muscle group, along with the corresponding training volume

this made me think of this…
I would love to be able to click on.. for example ‘Monday workout’ and it shows a body in the anatomical position with ALL the muscles highlighted that are being worked out. This would also make it easier to make personal workout plans and visually show the user what muscles they are working out
Amanda
Hi Kyle, if you click into each exercise "i" when building your workout, you will see the primary and secondary muscle groups. After the workout, you will see the muscular breakdown based on these muscle groups.

Hey Amanda , thanks for showing me this I would’ve never found it! It would be great if you could still see this after a workout is created.
