Separate insights for alcohol consumption

Currently, it seems like when I tag X amount of drinks in Bevel, it shows me that alcohol is affecting my recovery positive/negative amounting to X% more/less recovery.
I think it‘d be awesome if we could see how 1, 2, 5 or 10 drinks are impacting my recovery. Maybe a single small beer can help with my sleep? 10 beers will probably mean my recovery is down to single digits the next morning. Same could also be said for Magnesium. 200mg might be good for me, whereas 400mg might lower my scores.
This setting could also be optional, to not clutter Insights for people who want just a general idea if doing XYZ is good or bad for their recovery score.

Insights into different amounts of alcohol and caffeine
Max Fortmüller
It would be very helpful to get more detailed insights into different amounts in alcohol and caffeine consumption. With one alcoholic beverage, my recovery and sleep naturally suffer in a completely different way than with 10 drinks. It would be nice to make a distinction here or to somehow represent the effect of the amount of drinks drunk.
I think Whoop, for example, gives a total score, but also a score by quantity (1-4 drinks, 5-10 drinks).
In the case of caffeine, both the amount and especially the effects of the time of day at which the caffeine was consumed would be very interesting.
It would be very great if we could get more details here about these two points, which can have a very strong influence on recovery and sleep.
Thanks for the great app!

Amanda hi! I find it sad that the alcohol entry was removed from the journal overview as I was planning to use it to understand its impact on my recovery. I drink some times to times and would like to see how long it can impact a recovery based on my age (late 30 takes you longer time to recover)
Amanda
Clara Vincent: Hi Clara, we have not removed the alcohol entry. Is it possible it was toggled off? You can check in Journal -> "..." -> Customize Journal and check the toggle for Alcohol. Let me know if you are still having difficulty with this, and feel free to send a screenshot.

Amanda , my mistake! I did not see there was no so many toggles
Thanks a lot for your quick support :)

Thanks for the suggestion, Manuel! We can add this to the roadmap.
