Grey there’s also a 6 hour stress complication which does not have a matching energy bank equivalent, so that is what I was asking about if that makes more sense.

I was debating removing the 6 hours in favor of all-day only.

Grey I actually like the 6 hour one as I feel like it’s helpful to see my window of recent time in the complication since I can always open the app to see the whole day. Maybe other people disagree but I generally prefer to see how I’m doing “now” in the quick view and tap on it for all day.

Even if the energy complication was 12h I still feel like that’s better than 24 since an all-day complication is harder to see more granular detail.
