Show your optimal caffeine window based on when you wake up, go to bed, energy etc. could also show which drinks (such as coffee, green tea, redbull/energy drink) are safe until which time of the day and how much time it takes for them to clear up from your body

I saw this new app trying to do the same as bevel. Overall bevel is a looot better, but I really really liked this caffeine windows they have and the drinks they show below with the caffeine amount and if it’s safe to drink based on the amount of caffeine. Looks like a really cool idea to be implemented into Bevel

It would be interesting to suggest to the user when to drink their first coffee because we know that it is not necessarily to drink it as soon as you wake up.

As on Ultrahuman, having an analysis of caffeine intake according to quantity and schedule to know the deadline for taking it would be great

Add insights on caffeine burndown, how much is left in the body and when ideally to cut off intake. Comparable apps: Alyx Caffeine or Ultrahumans Caffeine features.

When testing the different apps one of them would tell me when for example a cup of coffee would be good to increase my body energy and when I should have a coffee last during the day so i don’t feel over energized based on my sleeping target time

I’d love to see a caffeine window feature added that estimates the best time to have caffeine based on how your body (HR, HRV, etc.) reacts to stimulants.
