“Training adaptation” plot of past day strain vs current day recovery

This might be a bit more out there, because I’ve never seen it presented in another app or service.
But I’m envisioning that a rolling 7,30,etc. day plot of the current day recovery - the prior day strain. Y axis would be the difference between current day recovery and past day strain, for any given day. And x axis would be days prior to the current, starting at 0 on the right (current day) up to 7,30,etc. depending on the current range of data on the left. Each day would be represented by a single dot ranging from -100 (prior day stain of 100 current recovery of 0) to +100 (prior day strain of 0 current recovery of 100).
It would also be nice if you could long press and drag to highlight individual points and pop up the prior day strain and current recovery scores.
If you’re training at a consistent level I imagine that the points would cluster around 0. If you’re resting, they’d probably be near +100. If you went all out one day, or are overtraining you might see a point or few near -100.
I think this could be a great way to present the data already collected, and could also be a great visualization of how activity affects recovery.

Yep, need that. That’s one thing that Athylic has that Bevel needs

Tomek Gniewko Bielak, what do you want displayed on the graph? Just the Strain numbers and when they hit the target strain?
Tomek Gniewko Bielak
Grey it’s essentially a graph in which you compare how far away from your target stress you were or whether you have been keeping to target strain.
Helps with seeing whether you need a change in pace or slow down etc or keep going…

Tomek Gniewko Bielak: got it. we're actually designing this right now.

Grey is this supposed to be added as part of the fitness tab update? This would go a long way in helping people progressively overload safely to meet adjusting strain targets

Erik Parker, this is great. Thanks for sharing!
I am imagining something similar for body battery, since body battery is already a sum of your Recovery - Previous day Strain. I'm still trying to figure out what the visuals look like, but I get what you're trying to say here. I'll add this to the roadmap
