Add a quick visual of the last load used during the exercise

It would be great to be able to see the load used the last time you performed an exercise during training. Currently we only see the basic settings but it is an objective to be achieved. Each time, you must click on “progress” to see the load used during the last session.

to add to users comments, this should be visible on the watch as well.

Show maximum weights for each exercise. (Powerlifting)

I really like the app, but it would be great if I could see the heaviest weights lifted for each exercise so I can track my strength progress. Right now, I can only see the total weight lifted, which depends heavily on which exercises I do on a given day. Obviously, I won’t be able to move the same amount of weight with a squat as with a leg press, even though both target the same muscle group.
Another issue is that the app is quite laggy when I open it, and overall the user experience isn’t very fast.

Strength training pre-filled logging

When logging sets, it would be really helpful if the app automatically pre-filled the last recorded reps and weight for each exercise. Right now I have to check my previous session manually, which interrupts the flow of the workout.

Hi Kevin Rovik If you are using the same template, at the end of the workout you can save your last weights used. Currently, this does not translate to the same exercise within different templates.

Leah Hi,
I’m using three different templates.
As far as i can remember, after each set i put in the rep and kg and at the end of my workout i only can choose how hard the session was (i’m using my apple watch) - there is no option for me to save the reps and kg except clicking the «done» or «✅»
Leah
Kevin Rovik If I am understanding correctly there is actually a way to do this on the Apple Watch! This button is easy to miss. You’ll need to scroll down past the workout summary to see it.

Leah Thanks,
I found it now, after choosing how hard the sessions was, and after it loaded i could scroll all the way down and «update» the template.
Thanks! I still wish it would automatically adjust but this works for a while, thanks again Leah!

I wish there was a way to search an exercise and view my max weight for that exercise. Sometimes working through sets I’ll add it into the template but have a hard time remembering what it is later

Rather than having progression, have the last lifted weight shown and how many reps
